FLORENCE, Ky. -- The D&E golf team opened its spring season with an eighth place finish at the Saginaw Valley Invitational.
The Senators tallied a two-day score of 631 (315-316), led by sophomore Alistair Cameron's 152 (78-74) who finish tied for 14th overall. James Sutherland (76-81) and Kollin Hopwood (77-80) each carded 157's. Josh Taylor finished with a 165 (84-81) and Dakota Sisk notched a 174 (87-87).
Lewis University claimed the team title with a 596 (301-295) led by low medalist Alex Thode's 143 (71-72). Click here to view the full results on Golf Stat.
The Senators travel to Pete Dye Golf Club on Monday, April 6, for the Alderson Broaddus Invitational.
