Box Score OWENSBORO, Ky. -- Kentucky Wesleyan dealt Davis & Elkins a 76-63 setback on Thursday evening. 
Sharmaine Baker poured in a game-high 25 points to lead the Senators. 
Jordanne Gambill (18), Jennifer Walker-Crawford (15) and Haley Cook (11) each reached double figures for the Panthers. 
KWC held a 48-36 advantage on the glass. Kentucky Wesleyan buried 12-of-28 attempts from beyond the arc. 
Davis & Elkins pulled out to an 11-5 lead in the first half. The Panthers scored 29 of the next 40 points to take a 34-22 advantage. Kentucky Wesleyan connected on five threes during the run. D&E was able to trim the deficit to 35-29 at the half. 
KWC opened the second half with a 14-4 blitz, extending the lead to 49-33. Davis & Elkins battled back to within 10 on a pair of occasions, but couldn't get closer, as KWC came away with the 76-63 victory.
