ELKINS, W. Va. - The Davis & Elkins women's soccer team defeated Ohio Valley 4-0 Thursday afternoon in G-MAC competition at Nuttall Field.

The Senators (1-1-2, 1-0) received goals from Maggie Fry, Kaitlyn Buoni, Marissa Morris, and Tina Wulin to earn their first win of the season.

Senior keeper Ashley Winkelspecht recorded two saves in almost 70 minutes of action while Taylor Fealy finished with one save in 20 minutes of action.

D&E dominated the match outshooting the Fighting Scots (0-4, 0-1) 34-5, with 19 shots on goal.  The Senators also held a 6-1 advantage in corner kicks.

The Senators travel to Lake Erie on Sunday for a 4 PM non-conference tilt.
