Box Score NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Oliver Bienas found the back of the net six minutes into overtime, propelling Davis & Elkins to a 2-1 win over Trevecca on Saturday.
TNU's Jeremiah Wright scored just after the midway point in the opening half. Davis & Elkins' Wyatt Hill tied the game with a penalty kick goal in the 86th minute, setting the stage for extra time. Bienas scored on D&E's only shot in the extra frame to secure the 2-1 win.
The Senators held a 16-10 advantage in shots, including a 13-7 margin in shots on goal.
Daniel Nock made six saves to earn the win.
D&E returns home to take on Cedarville Wednesday at 4 p.m.
