ELKINS, W.Va. – Slippery Rock limited Davis & Elkins to just a pair of shots en route to a 1-0 victory on Saturday.

The Rock's Dara Demich tallied the game's lone marker in the eighth minute, which was all that SRU defense would need to claim the 1-0 win.

Ashley Winkelspecht registered six saves on the day.

SRU posted 13 shots in the game.

The Senators travel to Bloomsburg on Thursday at 4 p.m.
