VIENNA, WV - The Davis & Elkins softball team earned a split on Saturday in WVIAC action at Ohio Valley University.
GAME ONE
D&E dropped the first game of the day 12-0 as Amber LaBille suffered the loss on the mound.
Jenifer Kennon was 1-for-1 at the plate, while Ashley Dove, Amanda Serafini, and Kayla Whoolery each finished 1-for-3.
GAME TWO
The Senators prevailed 1-0 as Alanna Jones struck out eight and allowed just one hit.
Kayla Whoolery led the offense as she went 3-for-3 with an RBI.
Corrine Carrington was 1-for-3 with a double.
Ashley Dove, Jenifer Kennon, and Chelsie Stover each collected one hit for D&E.
