ELKINS, WV - The Davis & Elkins softball team earned a split versus Shepherd on Wednesday morning at the Joni Smith Softball Field.

GAME ONE

Alanna Jones earned the win on the mound as D&E prevailed 2-1.  Jones recorded four strikeouts and Jenifer Kennon blasted a solo home run  and finished 3-for-4 to lead the offense.

Chelsie Stover went 2-for-4 and Samantha Crabtree finished 1-for-2.

GAME TWO

D&E dropped the second game 14-3 as Amber LaBille suffered the loss.  Chelsie Stover and Kayla Whoolery each finished 1-for-3, while Chelsea Graham went 1-for-1 as a pinch hitter.
