ELKINS, WV - The Davis & Elkins women's basketball team defeated Alderson-Broaddus 67-49 Thursday evening in The McDonnell Center.

Sophomore Ashley Bowles led the Senators with 12 points and she was a perfect 4-of-4 from behind the arc.  Junior Jorden Lykes added 10 points and three rebounds.

Sophomores Sharmaine Baker and Maquasia each scored nine points and grabbed four rebounds.

D&E shot 61.9 percent (26-42) from the floor and held A-B to 36.7 percent (18-49).

Erica Brooks led the Battlers with 14 points off the bench.

The Senators will conclude the regular season on Saturday at West Virginia Wesleyan and currently sit in fourth place.
