Elkins, WV – The Davis & Elkins College men's basketball team defeats the Bluefield Blues at the McDonnell Center Saturday afternoon, 88-75.
Senior D'Quan Lynch (Virginia Beach, VA/Bayside HS) led the Senators with 28 points, while junior Devin Miller (Oxon Hill, MD/Hagerstown CC) added 20 points.
Davis & Elkins shot 42.9 percent (24-56) from the floor with a 35.7 percent (10-28) effort from three-point range. The Senators made 30-of-42 free throws (71.4percent).
Bluefield shot 35.6 percent (26-73) with a 10-of-30 effort (33.3 percent) from beyond the arc. The Blues connected on 13-of-22 free throws (59.1 percent).
