ELKINS, W.Va. -- The D&E men's team fell to Fairmont State but downed Hampden-Sydney, while the women were topped by the Falcons.
The men's 400 medley relay team of Colton Allen, Luke Carpenter, Nick Hiatt and Chris Swank earned a second place finish (3:56.94).
Xander Garcia out-touched the competition in the 1000 freestyle (10:41.74), and swam second in the 400 individual medley (4:42.29). Swank tallied a second place swim in the 200 freestyle (1:52.68). Hiatt registered a runner-up finish in the 100 butterfly (56.76). Ty Montemoino took second in the 100 freestyle (49.57). Sam McDaniels took first in the 100 breaststroke (1:00.70)
The FSU men edged Davis & Elkins, 130-113.
Autumn Wunderlich swam second in the 1000 freestyle (11:32.79). Chelsea Faris notched a runner-up finish in the 200 freestyle (2:09.74). Brooke Bielecki took top honors in the 50 feestyle (25.88), and swam second in the 100 freestyle (56.00). Kayla Huckaby notched second in the100 breaststroke.
The Falcon women tallied a 102-79 win.
D&E returns to the pool next Saturday against Bethany.
