Senators Fall to the Concord Mountain Lions, 61-54
ELKINS, WV – The Davis & Elkins College men's basketball team falls to the Concord Mountain Lions at the McDonnell Center Monday night, 61-54.
Junior Devin Miller (Oxon Hill, MD/Hagerstown CC) led the Senators with 20 points, while Senior Igor Premasunac (Pula, Croatia/Utah State) contributed with 14 points and D'Quan Lynch (Virginia Beach, VA/Bayside HS) added 11 points.
Davis & Elkins shot 34.6 percent (18-52) from the floor with a 30.8 percent (8-26) effort from three-point range. The Senators made 10-of-16 free throws (62.5 percent).
Concord shot 38.2 percent (21-55) with a 5-of-17 effort (29.4 percent) from beyond the arc. The Mountain Lions connected on 14-of-26 free throws (53.8 percent).
