ELKINS, WV- D'Quan Lynch (Virginia Beach, VA/Bayside HS) led the way with 32 points and Igor Premasunac (Pula, Croatia/Utah State) added 15.
Seton Hill's pressure defense forced 10 Senator turnovers and helped the Griffins press ahead with a 31-26 advantage in the first half sending the Griffins into the locker room with a five point lead.
Davis & Elkins shot 37.5 percent (26-64) from the floor with a 18.2 percent (4-22) effort from three-point range. The Senators made 13-of-18 free throws (72.2 percent).
Seton Hill shot 36.5 percent (19-52) with a 2-of-14 effort (14.3 percent) from beyond the arc. The Griffins connected on 30-of-34 free throws (88.2 percent).
In the end the Griffins slipped past the Senators maintaining that five point lead in the second half finishing with a 70--65 victory.
