ELKINS, WV -The Davis & Elkins volleyball team battled all night but in the end fell 3-2 to West Virginia Wesleyan on Wednesday night.

The Bobcats prevailed 22-25, 20-25, 25-15, 25-22, and 15-12.

Heather Zapf paced the offense with 18 kills, followed by Erin Legge with 12 and Nicole Miller with 10.

Haylee Murray finished with 42 assists and 11 digs.

Meaghan Emery led the defense with 17 digs.

Korin Wengryn led the Bobcats with 19 kills.

The Senators travel to Concord University on Monday for a 7 p.m. match with the Mountain Lions.
