ELKINS, WV - The Davis & Elkins men's soccer team defeated Ohio Valley University 4-1 on Saturday afternoon in WVIAC action.

The Senators improve to 10-3 overall and 5-1 in the WVIAC, while OVU falls to 0-12 and 0-5.

Oliver Bienias scored two goals to pace the D&E offense.

Bienias scored his first goal of the day off an assist from Ben Pond at the 17:25 mark.

David Roberson dribbled through the OVU defense and blasted a shot into the net at the 32:09 mark to make the count 2-0.

Six minutes later Branko Dugalic scored unassisted to make the margin 3-0 at halftime.

Ohio Valley got on the board at the 66:54 mark when a ball was placed into the air off a free kick and a D&E player hit the ball into the net for an own goal.

Bienias concluded the scoring in the 81st minute off an assist from Darragh Vieyra.

The Senators travel to Seton Hill Wednesday for a 4 p.m. contest with the Griffins.
