PETERSBURG, VA- The Davis & Elkins volleyball team improves their season record to 3-2 with a 3-0 (25-15, 25-14, 30-28) win over Virginia State University today in Petersburg, VA.

Juniors Brandi Brown and Heather Zapf led the Senators attack at the net.  Brown had 10 kills, 0 errors, and 14 attacks.  Zapf was equal to the task with 9 kills, 3 errors, and 18 attacks.

The Senators will be back in action on September 9th in Shepherdstown, WV facing off against Slippery Rock University at 1:30pm in the PSAC-WVIAC Crossover Tournament.
