BUCKHANNON, WV - Molly Marsh scored a pair of goals Sunday to lead Mercyhurst past Davis & Elkins 4-1 in non-conference women's soccer action. 

Marsh scored at the 2:16 mark of the first half to give the Lakers an early 1-0 lead, and she found the net again thirteen minutes later.

Maire Dunning pushed the margin to three when she scored in the 41st minute, but the Senators found the net for the first time in 2011 when junior Luci Legaspi blasted a shot over the head of keeper Rachel Griepsma.

Kiley Cleveland scored the final goal of the match when she found the net at the 54:34 mark.

Freshman Ashley Winkelspecht recorded five saves in goal for the Senators.

The match was suspended at the 79:49 mark due to inclement weather.

The Senators (0-2) return to action on Wednesday when they face Washington Adventist on the road at 4 p.m.
