ELKINS, WV - Jessica Bigg scored the only goal of the game two minutes into overtime to lead the University of Charleston to a 1-0 win over Davis & Elkins in WVIAC women's soccer action on Wednesday night.

The two teams played even throughout regulation and finished the match with D&E recording nine shots and UC recording 13, but Charleston managed to find the net in overtime to earn the win.

Freshman keeper Ashley Winkelspecht finished with two saves for the Senators and Catherine Perry recorded seven for the Golden Eagles.

D&E falls to 1-3 overall and 0-1 in the WVIAC, and will travel to Montgomery next Wednesday to face West Virginia Tech at 3 p.m.
