ELKINS, WV -Davis & Elkins continued its best start in over a decade with a 79-72 win over visiting Fairmont State.

Jorden Lykes netted a team-high 16 points and had a team-best seven rebounds in the win. Page Turner poured in 14 while dishing out 11 assists. Rachel Gostomski tallied 13 while Ashley Bowles scored 11 off the bench.

Kaitlin Snyder scored a game-high 28 points and pulled down a game-high eight boards in the loss. Hailey Garrett accounted for 13 points. Briana Welch had 11 while Tiffany Nicholson dropped in 10.

The Senators improve to 4-0 overall and 3-0 in the WVIAC, while the Falcons fall to 1-1 and 0-1.
