An important practice area for D&E's athletic program, Memorial Gymnasium/Martin Field House contains a dedicated weight room for student-athletes, the Seybolt Indoor Golf Academy, Senator baseball and softball batting cages, as well as year-round practice space for soccer, baseball, softball, lacrosse, tennis and golf. The only facility of its kind in the region, Seybolt Indoor Golf Academy features full swing and short game practice areas, plus a golf simulator and clubhouse. The building was originally dedicated as Memorial Gymnasium in 1952 and was renovated and re-dedicated in honor of the Thomas J. “Jack” Martin family in 2010.

The newly added and renovated weight room features D&E branding on its equipment, including padded areas and weights that include athletic logos, and the four pillars of the department along the various racks.
