Don’t be afraid to step up and be a positive role model and leader on your team and on campus in general. Some meets/games will not go how you want them to, but remain hopeful and use that as motivation to train even harder. Always go into your sport ready to give your all and nothing less. Try not to procrastinate and stay ahead of your school work because that should come first. Your teammates will become your family, so cherish every moment you have because you never know when it will be your last.
