DAY ONE RESULTS FROM WJU INVITATIONAL

WHEELING, WV- After the first day of play, the Davis & Elkins Senators golf team sits in a tie for 3rd place with host Wheeling Jesuit University.  The overall team score after the round was a 314, 11 strokes off the lead.

The top player for D&E in the 1st round was Phil Rutherford who shot a +4 (74) to put him three shots off the lead and tied for second.
